No idea on the leg measurements. Let's just call 'em pretty dang fat.
Tops are usually in the 28 to 32 (4x-5x) range, depending on manufacturer and cut.Bottoms are in the 34 to 40 (5x-6x) range, again depending on manufacturer and cut.
