Thought of the Day 2010 #151 - Crazy Customer Service

The pharmacy assistant who argued with me over a prescription that I didn't order, failed to do a simple thing -- apologize for his mistake. A simple apology can go a looooong way in making a frustrated customer happy again. Jeers to Walgreens for having such a numb nut on staff (and for the lame ass yet funny urinal suggestion on their website) and to the assistant for being a numb nut.
